Judd has been cranking out art on a stick, but I’ve been remiss — took the summer off to figure things out. But we are going to go strong now with lots of new ideas to work with. Judd and I went and purchased 1200 pounds of steel today so we are ready to go.

Judd and I are going to make a big push this year to sell some art on a stick.
Judd and I are heading to the Minneapolis Institute of Arts on Thursday to submit a couple of pieces of art for their Foot in the Door program. In the near future you’ll be able to check out our work there.
I’m not sure when the opening reception will be, but we’ll let you know.
Judd and I worked on getting the studio set up for the both of us and started banging away (literally) on some art. Judd’s working on owls and eagles. Craig is doing a school of fish.
We’ve been discussing how best to get our art out in front of people. Recessions are not the best time for artists but we’ll figure it out
Why Art on a Stick? Judd and I live in Minnesota and the big thing here in the summer is the State Fair. You can get food you can image on stick there. So, it all ties together.
We’re excited to be doing this and are planning on creating unique and interesting pieces for your gardens and yards. I suppose you can bring it but then we’ll need to make a base for you.
